An Introduction To Niche Marketing

Niche Marketing
People often have the wrong idea about niche marketing. First of all, niche marketing is not about selling your products or services to a global audience. If you are a small business owner, it is just not possible for you to compete with multi-billion dollar corporations to market your products and services globally.

However, it is possible for you using only a computer and an internet connection to sell to smaller audience using niche marketing.

Niche marketing is not about competition. Competition is not the main factor and might be taken out of the context when you use niche marketing. You are not competing head-to-head against millions of other business owners when you do niche marketing. By doing niche marketing, you only market to specific audience that you have compiled using a lead capturing form.

Niche marketing is not about living day-to-day trying to sell to different individuals. Once you have garnered your subscriber base, you can sell your products and services to the same people over and over again.

Niche marketing is not about taking a view on the big picture but about focusing on the small picture. The smaller the better. Narrowing down your niche target ensures you to obtain a significant share of a market.

Niche marketing is not about seeing the impossibilities but about looking closer on every single possibilities available. Repeated small possibilities that are converted to sales equal huge profits.
